★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esta padre la vista panorámica que tienen algunas casas, pero las casas son chicas aunque sean algunas de 3 pisos no son muy amplias y pensando en que llegarás a viejito no existe habitación en la planta baja que pueda ser un estudio con baño completo al inicio...y sus áreas comunes son muy chicas para el número de casas...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Todo excelente los diseños de los inmuebles elegantes la seguridad para acceder como visita muy detallada se toman fotos de veiculos placas ,INE etc. el pequeño y muy grande detalle q la verdad es algo por seguridad q es imperdonable al entrar a pocos metros hay un desnivel d 1mt a 2mt si vas de noche es muy difícil d divisar no hay alumbrado ni señales o mínimo un cordón q t indique q te puedes dar en la madre

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Investigen bien antes de comprar una casa aquí, muchos defectos en las casas,garantía mínima por parte de la constructora, inseguridad en el contorno exterior, cuotas de mantenimiento altas, la casa club muy problemática, en tiempos de lluvia un clúster se inunda, malos olores, las ratas trabajan aquí mismo en la construcción y de jardineros. Es muy común que tengan que entrar a tu casa después de estrenarla pues como están mal construidas tiene que entrar gente de la constructora a tu casa y después vienen los robos!
