El Montecito es un coto muy chico, y localizado sí bien no lejos del centro del pueblo, su llegada lo hace un poco escondido, lo cual le da mucha tranquilidad. Todavía hay pocas casas, pero el lugar está en constante crecimiento y las casas/cabañas son de muy buen gusto. Sin duda una buena opción para comprar, o incluso rentar alguna propiedad por un fin de semana.
