Cuenta con seguridad en el acceso de su entrada principal.
Son alrededor de 6 a 7 calles de edificios de 4 niveles.
En dias de lluvia, la luz se va del fraccionamiento, y deja de funcionar la bomba de agua lo que provoca escasez de agua.
Para llegar ahí puedes tomar colectivo, urbano y mototaxi.
En general es un buen lugar para vivir, aunque sus viviendas son pequeñas.

On rainy days, the electricity goes out of the fractionation, and the water pump stops working, causing a shortage of water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El alcantarillado está fallando porque cuando llueve se sale toda el agua. Medio arreglaron el camino pero con las lluvias que aún continúan nuevamente se pondrá feo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un gran lugar para vivir, cuenta con seguridad que son muy amables y siempre están cuidando, la administración siempre resuelve los problemas, si se quejan del ruido pero a altas horas fuera de ahí me gusta mucho vivir aquí es muy tranquilo y sobre todo puedo tener a mi perro conmigo aún que en el reglamente te lo prohíben así que siempre tener cenicienta eso.
A great place to live, it has security that are very friendly and are always taking care, the administration always solves the problems, if they complain about the noise but late hours out there I really like living here it is very quiet and above all I can have my dog with me, even though the regulations prohibit it, so always have that as Cinderella.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un fraccionamiento nuevo, en este momento siendo el año 2020 está muy bien organizado, hay vigilancia en la entrada y piense el pase. Le dan mantenimiento al fraccionamiento lentamente. Ya no hay más robos en los departamentos, cuando tiembla si se siente feo, tiene una alarma sísmica que suena bastante fuerte. Tiene canchas deportivas, y un pequeño lugar para hacer fiestas.
