Las escaleras son inseguras y frágiles, pero lo demás está bien pensado para proveer una buena iluminación natural y practicidad. La población está creciendo en ese y otros fraccionamientos, por lo que cada vez hay mejores servicios. Pero por ahora, las calles aledañas al fraccionamiento están en pésimas condiciones.
It is a nice neighborhood, family, with private security. It has the basics. The stairs are unsafe and fragile, but the rest is well thought out to provide good natural lighting and practicality. The population is growing in this and other subdivisions, so there are increasingly better services. But for now, the streets surrounding the subdivision are in terrible condition.
