★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas se caen solas, pésimo lugar para adquirir vivienda ya que los vendedores te prometen que será privada que harán arreas verdes y al final solamente mienten, el servicio de post venta es un chiste, no hay agua caliente pues están mal el 90 % de las tuberías, los muros tienen humedad, tardan semanas en contestarte y meses en darte solución, no compren casa aquí es pésimo el fraccionamiento y la culpa es de las 10 constructoras distintas que no dan la cara para disculparse con los propietarios, se les exige que cumplan con lo prometido.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala calidad en la construcción, las casas no tienen buenos materiales y son pésimos los acabados, nadie responde las quejas de los locatarios y no se hacer an constructoras que estaban involucradas, el sistema de agua es malo, no hay presión si te quejas puedes incluso acabar teniendo más problemas, nadie resuelve, compras con mentiras y engaños, cuidado con este tipo de vendedores.
