★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Compré mi casa en ese fraccionamiento, la verdad que si hacemos un análisis de pros y contras, sin duda hay más cosas a mejorar:
1. No hay servicio de Telmex, solo proveedores independientes de Internet
2. Las casas mal construidas, muchos defectos
- Puestas rechinan por estar mal instaladas
- Tuberias de agua en la azotea se despegan
- Pagué para que destaparan un baño del segundo piso y resultó que el albañil dejó tapado ese tubo en el registro de drenaje (completamente tapado, no una piedra de cemento, la pared del registro hasta estaba revocada.
- La taza de un baño se llena de agua caliente, hicieron mal la instalación.
- Las ventanas no cierran bien.
- La vecina de un costado tiene fuga de agua en la pared y se traspasa a la mía.
- Al menos ya tenemos seguridad en el fraccionamiento sin embargo aún hay robos.
Si piensas en comprar una casa aquí debes buscar otras opciones

2. Badly built houses, many defects
- Squeaks squeak due to being incorrectly installed
- Rooftop water pipes come off
- I paid to have a second floor bathroom uncovered and it turned out that the bricklayer left that pipe plugged in the drain manhole (completely covered, not a cement stone, the wall of the manhole was even plastered.
- The toilet bowl fills with hot water, they did the installation wrong.
- The windows don't close properly.
- The neighbor on one side has a water leak in the wall and is transferred to mine.
- At least we already have security in the subdivision, however there are still thefts.
If you think about buying a house here you should look for other options

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad que el precio de las casas es un robo. No tienen ni cocina hecha. Sin closets. Sin hablar se la pésima recepción. Pésimo sistema de drenaje. Pésimo lugar está alejado de todo. No hay Telmex. Ni izzi nada.
Es super inseguro se meten a las casas a robar.
