Ya que una sola persona no se da abasto con los clientes y éso hace que sea muy tardada la atención al cliente. Si no llevas prisa y dispones de media hora libre, es el lugar perfecto para que te despachen dos fragancias y te cobren el producto.
The product is good and the location is excellent. However, there is a lack of staff to attend. Since a single person cannot cope with customers and that makes customer service very time consuming. If you are not in a hurry and you have half an hour to spare, it is the perfect place to have two fragrances dispatched and charge for the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuí por segunda vez y desafortunadamente están otras chicas y SUPER MAL ATENCIÓN AL CLIENTE, PÉSIMO SERVICIO!!! y por lo que leo no he sido la única con esa mala experiencia. Hay dos chicas, la que cobra y una nueva. La de la caja fue muy grosera hasta con su compañera que intentaba atenderme de la mejor manera pues se veía que le falta experiencia para las esencias y la otra con malos modos y caras. No daba opciones, no te motivaba a comprar, respondía de mala gana.
La primera vez que fui fue aproximadamente 9 meses y la chica que me atendió fue de lo más amable. Me explicó sobre las fragancias, fue mostrándome varias para elegir y así quedar satisfecha. Super linda.
Muy mal por ese personal de ahora...ojalá lo cambien pronto.
I went for the second time and unfortunately there are other girls and SUPER BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE, AWFUL SERVICE !!! and from what I read I have not been the only one with that bad experience. There are two girls, the one who charges and a new one. The cashier was very rude even with her partner who tried to serve me in the best way because it was seen that she lacks experience with the essences and the other with bad manners and faces. It did not give options, it did not motivate you to buy, it responded reluctantly.
The first time I went was about 9 months ago and the girl who attended me was very kind. He explained to me about the fragrances, he was showing me several to choose from and thus be satisfied. So cute.
Too bad for that staff now...hopefully they change it soon.
