I live in the US but have a home in Puerto Vallarta. Honestly, the options that Franco Luxury Design offers are of high quality and wish designs and options were available like this in the US. He did an amazing job on my furniture and curtains. Great choices to choose from. Don't even bother with any other company. Loyal, honest and fast service! The best!!!

Polo Franco gets five stars for his exellence in customer service. He took ample time to come and discuss all of our options, adding in thoughtful suggestions. Not only did he help with our curtains but he made recommendations for where to do other unrelated work and where to find the best prices locally on items. He really us a wealth of information and more than happy to share. We are grateful for his help and we love seeing our beautiful curtains every day!

I only wish I could give the owner Polo Franco ten stars for the service he provided us. We had him do an extensive remodel, design and furnish our 3000 sq.ft. unit. He brought us three bids from contractors within one week, all of whom he has worked with. I mention this because we hired and then fired a designer who took 1.5 months to provide an incomplete project budget with no bids. He supervised the project from start to finish and is extremely professional in every aspect. He incorporated great design ideas and worked relentlessly getting us the best pricing. I tasked him in getting an item that were almost impossible to procure and he delivered my request and the price was “amazing” He has extensive knowledge and resources in Mexico and America. He makes friends with any one he speaks with and that ability turns into a win for the client. It’s a pleasure to watch him in action. I found his sincerity and honesty so refreshing and not only do I recommend him but I am confident he will exceed your expectations. I can’t wait to hire him for the next project.
