★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agendé una visita de Querétaro para 5 personas, me llegó un e-mail de confirmación, un día antes entré a revisar para ver si había alguna cancelación, pero al contrario, había un SEGUNDO MAIL DE CONFIRMACION.
El día de la cita nadie llegó, hablé aprox. 20 minutos después y me dijeron que me debió llegar un mail de cancelación, lo cual es mentira.
Entiendo que en ocasiones los tours se cancelen, lo que me pareció mal es la falta de profesionalismo de esta empresa, quienes ni siquiera me llamaron o me enviaron un correo para informarme que se suspedió la visita. Desconozco si en CDMX el sevicio sea bueno, pero en Querétaro creo que les falta un personal más comprometido y formal. Creo que no tienen mucho trabajo y toman los tours en base a disposición personal, no como un compromiso real.
I arranged a visit to Querétaro for 5 people, I received a confirmation email, a day before I went to check to see if there was any cancellation, but on the contrary, there was a SECOND CONFIRMATION MAIL.
The day of the appointment no one came, I spoke approx. 20 minutes later and they told me that I must have received a cancellation email, which is a lie.
I understand that sometimes the tours are canceled, what seemed wrong to me is the lack of professionalism of this company, who did not even call me or send me an email to inform me that the visit was suspended. I don't know if the service in CDMX is good, but in Querétaro I think they lack a more committed and formal staff. I think they don't have a lot of work and they take the tours based on personal disposition, not as a real commitment.
