★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, solo duró 2 meses funcionando la laptop y no quisieron hacer válida la garantía porque argumentan que necesitaba la hoja de garantía que nunca dan, solo escriben la fecha de reparación en el interior de la laptop y esa es la garantía que no quisieron hacer valer, no se los recomiendo para nada solo perdí mi dinero.
Terrible service, it only lasted 2 months working the laptop and they did not want to validate the guarantee because they argue that they needed the guarantee sheet that they never give, they only write the repair date inside the laptop and that is the guarantee that they did not want to do worth, I do not recommend them at all I just lost my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pesimo servicio, me perdieron una lap top y se tardaron en exceso para darme razon de ella, luego el tal Francisco me hizo esperar medio dia para darme a cambio un chicharron q no servia para q ya no los molestara, aparte de eso me cobraron costos con iva y las facturas nunca llegaron, son unos rateros
very bad service, they lost me a lap top and they took too long to give me reason for it, then this Francisco made me wait half a day to give me a chicharron in return that did not work so that it would not bother them, apart from that they charged me costs with VAT and the bills never came, they are thieves
