Exceptional immediate assistance! We recently shipped a few large items from MN to NY and on the day it was to deliver we found out it had been rescheduled to deliver the following day. We had several individuals waiting at a location to install the items and began to panic. Without knowing any courier services in the NY area, we did a google search and found AirFreight.com. The rep at AirFreight was awesome from the time he answered our call until the time our items were delivered. I explained to him the situation we were facing, gave him a few details and within a very short time frame he had one of his trucks lined up to pick up our items (which were held up with another carrier) and was able to get them delivered within a few hours. The communication, urgency and efficiency from the rep was outstanding. We would certainly use AirFreight again and will certainly recommend to others.
