El servicio había sido maravilloso hasta recientemente, que ha estado atendiendo una señorita muy descortés.
Hoy se me ocurrió pedir por DiDi, y la misma señorita se portó muy grosera con el repartidor, quien llegó a compartirme la mala experiencia, diciéndome que casi se ve en la necesidad de cancelarme el pedido por la actitud de esta persona. Ya con el antecedente de que me ha pasado personalmente, no me fue difícil creerle.
Deberían poner atención a estos detalles, porque es algo que desmotiva bastante y me hace dudar el consumir otra vez algo de Fresalia.

The service had been wonderful until recently, when a very rude young lady had been serving.
Today it occurred to me to ask for DiDi, and the same lady was very rude to the delivery man, who came to share the bad experience with me, telling me that he almost had to cancel my order because of this person's attitude. Already with the background that it has happened to me personally, it was not difficult for me to believe him.
They should pay attention to these details, because it is something that discourages a lot and makes me doubt consuming some Fresalia again.
