★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En esta tesorería nunca hacen los trámites por que según ellos el trámite no se realiza ahí, no vale la pena perder el tiempo en este lugar, mejor agenden en otra tesorería, además el personal ya es grande y se ve cansado y fastidiado, tal vez por esa razón ya no quieren hacer su trabajo, en lo personal las veces que he requerido hacer un trámite En este lugar siempre es la misma respuesta: "eso no lo hacemos aquí"

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ésta es la sucursal llamada "MINA", pero desde hace más de dos años, desconozco si fue a partir de la pandemia o desde antes, aquí se realizan también los trámites que corresponden a la sucursal "ANÁHUAC", que se encontraba en la Av. Mariano Escobedo 174.
Llegué faltando 4 minutos para el cierre, pensé que ya no me iban a atender o que me iban a tardar mucho, decirme que me faltaba algún documento, etc., para hacer que regresara otro día, pero nada de eso ocurrió. Me atendieron de forma amable y muy profesional.
Felicitaciones tanto al personal de Mina, como al de Anáhuac, que fueron los que me atendieron.
Ya en Parque Lira me habían apoyado diciéndome que documentos tenía que llevar.
Fue muy rápido!!!
