I had been feeling a sensitive tooth for a few days while in Mexico & was able to get an appointment the same day. Dr Claudia is very professional & your comfort is her priority. All round excellent service & reasonable prices. She keeps an imaculate studio & speaks great English. Don't hesitate to call her for all your dental needs while in Playa del Carmen.

While on holidays, I broke a tooth and and dropped in to see what the damage was. Dr Claudia had a look and took x-rays and then gave me the options. I decided on the root canal with a crown. She gave me an estimate on costs and explained the procedure. 2 weeks later the root canal and permanent crown was placed. I did not have any pain during or after the procedures. The service, the professionalism of her and her staff was impeccable. Thank you for everything.

Better than any dentist I've seen in Europe or the USA. Dra. Claudia and her team are extremely professional and I've never received this kind of attention. I did a deep cleaning with them. After the cleaning she took the time to point out some small cavities that she recommended I get fixed but she didn't push anything on me at all. I decided to get one filling: she was extremely cautious and used more tools and safety steps than my dentist in Austria.

Very clean and professional. My friend lost her veneer and Dr Claudia fixed it same day walk in. I also got my teeth cleaned the next day and felt comfortable with no pain. They speak English and I will definitely be using their service whenever I'm in Playa.

I called this office to inquire about pricing and appointments and spoke to a nice receptionist named Carina. She spoke both English and Spanish. I was told it was $900 pesos for a basic cleaning which included an examination for cavities if the examination and cleaning was all done at the same time. Unfortunately, she didn't understand me when I asked about Fluoride treatments, which are standard in the US. She did not know what I was talking about and couldn't give me any idea of availability and price. There were a few other moments of confusion on the call as well. In the end I decided to suggest sending my questions via Whatsapp and she agreed. I tried putting the number into whatsapp and there is no whatsapp account, so . . . . in the end a bit frustrating experience. I would be happy to give this office a try in the future if I can figure out how to make appointments and get pricing ideas ahead of time so that I can compare and be prepared. Thank you!

Very friendly staff. The Doctor is easy to talk to and great at explaining everything clearly. They make you feel comfortable and the space is clean and organized. We had great experiences getting fillings and will return whenever needed again.
