I want to say that he had a great time there! The personnel did a really good job taking care of him! We always got some videos and pictures? of how he spent his time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We left our dog there for 3 nights and he came out famished and aphonic. He lost few kg, and while I do understand that it is not the fault of the staff, I am upset that noone has notified us.
A simple msg: hey, it's been 2 days and he has barely eaten would suffice, we would have sent a friend over or organized ourselves differently. The hotel sends short videos, which often repeat, they really show you less than 1 min of your dog's day- instead of providing relevant information about your pet's well being. Not going back there.
