My favorite was the Mucho Macho Double IPA. If you make it to Isla de mujeres and you have a golf cart or scooter, definitely stop here for a cold one or two or three or more. Thanks again Isla Brewing!
C	Casey Nelson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Isla Brewing Company has great beers and really nice shirts. First the beer is great. You can have samples then buy bottles to take with you. It’s not a bar so don’t go expecting yo spend the afternoon drinking. At least not yet because Raul told me they are opening a beer garden soon. I say nice shirts because most of the souvenir shirts on the island are expensive to buy and cheaply made. These shirts are nice and not expensive (about $16.50 US). Rent a golf cart go see the island and stop in at Isla Brewing Company!

Beers are very well priced and you get a discount of 10 pesos on your next purchase each time you return an empty bottle. Overall an amazing experience. Must try!

Holly Molly it’s over… you need to move next door and have a Jamaica Miel Loco and Tesoro Pirata! Y’all I don’t even like beer, but I was over here drinking a twelve pack and taking some home! Hubby words “it’s good as fuck”. Free samples, but in your first taste your hooked for life! They didn’t have mucho macho because it takes a bit to brew and unfortunately we were not here for more than a week. I need to come back and try this macho. Lol
J	John Stefanicha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very cool place and even better beer. Kinda wish the brewery was a little bigger so you could sit down to try the flights they offer, but still great stuff. They were out of two of the IPAs when we visited but we tried the Claro Que Si (a Blonde), the Playa Norte (an American Pale ale), the Tesoro Pirata (a vanilla Porter), the Jamaica Meil Loco (a hibiscus beer), and the Cruda Ayuda (a ginger beer) We’re still amazed by the fact that the hibiscus and ginger have any alcohol in them (5.5% to be exact) because they taste like pure juice. The vanilla Porter was also crazy good because of how light it was compared to other porters you find in the states. One really awesome concept they do is if you buy beer and return the bottles, they’ll give 10 pesos for each bottle.

The simple things that most people take for granted needed to brew craft beer such as access to large amounts of water aren’t accessible on the island. I think this information was very enlightening into how much work it takes to make good craft beer.
