★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nunca se te ocurra trabajar allí y menos como soldador hay más de 800 a 900 soldadores no hay desarrollo las categorías tardan años, estuve 3 años peleando por mi categoría y no la obtuve no ajustes salariales entre ganado 255 y salí ganando lo mismo no hay vales no hay fondo y te tienen registrado con el sueldo más bajo ante el imss el trabajo es muy pesado y los jefes ni se digan todo el tiempo está cambiando de personal NO PIERDAN SU VALIOSO TIEMPO.

porta prepotente si vas mejor preparado que el, te hacen llegar a todos los filtros y hacer entrega de documentación para una supuesta contratación y al final te comentan que la posición no está abierta temporalmente, a pesar de estar en la firma de contrato, buena empresa pero PÉSIMO PERSONAL A CARGO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En cuanto prestaciones y sueldo pues está pasable,el ambiente pues como toda empresa siempre te topas con gente envidiosa y chismosa,pero en lo que respecta al finiquito pues les vas a estár ROGANDO para que te lo den y no se diga de las UTILIDADES y aparte la tal FÁTIMA de RH. Es bien despota.Asi que cuando te salgas ya sabes lo que te espera!!!
In terms of benefits and salary, well, it's passable, the environment, like any company, you always come across envious and gossipy people, but as far as the severance pay is concerned, you're going to be BEGGING them to give it to you and not to mention the UTILITIES and apart from that FÁTIMA of RH. It is very despota.So when you leave you know what awaits you!
