Al irme llamé para pedir de favor les pusieran hielo y me dijeron que claro sin problema, más cuando llegue le pregunte a la srita. y me dijo que no le agrego hielo porque la fruta está congelada. Sin afán de ofender le dije que esa no era mi pregunta y me dice que ellos nunca usan hielo.
Triste decepción pues eramos clientes frecuentes y creo que al cliente lo que pida aunque se le cobre algo más.
No creo que cueste mucho esfuerzo regresarlos y agregar hielo cuando no han sido tocados por nadie mas.
Volveré quizá si es mucho el antojo pero hay más opiniones en la zona.
I ordered 2 large smoothies and mentioned that it would be over in a few minutes as I was going to a lap 3 blocks down. When I left I called to ask if they could put ice on them and they told me that of course no problem, but when I arrived I asked the lady. and he told me that I don't add ice because the fruit is frozen. Without wanting to offend, I told him that was not my question and he told me that they never use ice.
Sad disappointment because we were frequent customers and I think that the customer whatever he asks for even if he is charged something more.
I don't think it takes much effort to bring them back and add ice when they haven't been touched by anyone else.
I will return perhaps if the craving is too much but there are more opinions in the area.
