Los mismos empleados haciendo fiesta durante la velación, féretro abollado, traían un relajo con el cuerpo a la hora de moverlo de la carroza a las capillas, una falta de respeto. Nos vendieron un féretro abollado y con el cristal quebrado y nosotros contratamos uno nuevo, y al transportar al difunto al panteón, se perdieron y no sabían llegar. Sus precios son económicos y para emergencia podría ser la única opción, pero no recomiendo sus servicios para nada. Terrible service. Atención del personal, déspotas y groseros. Gerente o dueño, justifica que es nuevo el personal. Chofer de carroza ni idea de ubicación, peor aún, no atiende indicaciones del familiar que acompaña al difunto y sabe donde es el panteón. En general, mala opción. Terrible service. Las salas no son pequeñas pero si son familias muuuy grandes si se sufre un poco. Recomiendo ampliamente poner ventiladores o algo para propiciar la ventilación en días de calor. Buena atención, acompañamiento constante, resolución de dudas y siempre hubo a alguien con quien acercarse. In general, there was good care.
