En primera el rosario lo entregaron tarde tuvimos que insistir para que nos lo entregaran y uno de los trabajadores de muy mala actitud nos dijo que "a ver si lo encontraban" siendo que este venía dentro del paquete. Los trabajadores a parte de tener mala actitud tanto el gerente como los trabajadores tenían mala presentación, el muchacho traía el uniforme arrugado, sucio, tenis sucios y unos lentes de sol ridículos. El gerente y todos los trabajadores en general son inhumanos, el lugar de decir "familiar" "el padre" "persona" decían "el cadáver, el difunto, el cuerpo". Tardaban horas en atendernos, si solicita amos algo el gerente solo se quedaba parado y decía "ahí mandamos al muchacho". Los baños están sucios y se les acaba el agua sin mencionar que están en el exterior. Se les tenía que perseguir para poder entregar y hacer la papelería. Los minisplit no funcionan, el lugar del féretro está muy obscuro, la sala está descuidada y los sillones feos, sucios y anticuados. Nuestros familiares mandaron flores las cuales aunque ya estuvieran pagadas nunca llegaron. Nos trataron de una forma inhumana, no son nada sensibles, nos estuvieron regañando todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí. Terrible service. Very expensive for the quality of the place. The workers, apart from having a bad attitude, both the manager and the workers had a bad presentation, the boy wore a wrinkled, dirty uniform, dirty tennis shoes and ridiculous sunglasses. The manager and all the workers in general are inhumane, instead of saying "relative" "the father" "person" they said "the corpse, the deceased, the body". They took hours to serve us, if we asked for something the manager just stood there and said "we'll send the boy there". The bathrooms are dirty and run out of water not to mention that they are outside. They had to be hunted down to be able to deliver and do the stationery. The mini splits don't work, the coffin place is very dark, the room is neglected and the chairs are ugly, dirty and outdated. Our relatives sent flowers which, although they had already been paid for, never arrived. They treated us in an inhuman way, they are not sensitive at all, they were scolding us the whole time we were there.
A	AndOr on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Instalaciones muy buenas, comodas si acudes a un funeral o velación, estacionamiento amplio, tiene asientos y mesas al aire libre, en caso de que haya mucha gente en las capillas. Está algo alejado de la ciudad pero lo compensa con instalaciones adecuadas y servicio atento de su personal. Resulta extraño recomendar un espacio de este tipo, pero cuando alguien parte, pues me parece un lugar tranquilo y digno para ayudar a procesar la perdida. Very good facilities, comfortable if you go to a funeral or wake, ample parking, has outdoor seats and tables, in case there are many people in the chapels. It is a bit out of town but makes up for it with adequate facilities and attentive service from its staff. It is strange to recommend a space of this type, but when someone leaves, it seems to me a quiet and worthy place to help process the loss.
