★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Falta de profesionalismo y empatia. No cumplen lo que prometen y encima de todo si te ven muy afectado por el momento que estás pasando van a querer sacarte más dinero de lo ya pactado. MUCHO OJO si te toca un asesor funerario llamado Hugo Patricio Ramirez ya que "amablemente" ofrece dinero al personal de la fiscalia para apresurar el trámite. En la entrega de la documentación de defunción no tienen un compromiso de llegar temprano para realizar los tramites, llegan a la hora que quieran y encima te cuentan problemas internos que han tenido los empleados por lo mismo por el dinero. Instalaciones muy poco agradables, WC sucio. En fin, no recomiendo este lugar para darle el último adiós a tu familiar. Te entregan papeles que no son de tu familiar, las personas que trabajan en el lugar la mayoría son jóvenes y carecen de empatia, si los reportes con la Licenciada que es la dueña al final te ponen una carota cómo si al final te estuvieran haciendo un favor; desgraciadamente no son una empresa que yo recomendaría. NO LES CAERIA MAL TOMAR UN CURSO PARA SER EMPATICOS CON EL DOLOR DE LA FAMILIA.

Very unpleasant facilities, dirty toilet. Anyway, I do not recommend this place to say goodbye to your family member. They give you papers that are not from your family member, the people who work in the place are mostly young and lack empathy, if the reports with the Lawyer who is the owner in the end they put a face on you as if in the end they were making you a favor; unfortunately they are not a company that I would recommend. IT WOULD NOT BE BAD TO THEM TO TAKE A COURSE TO BE EMPHASTIC WITH THE PAIN OF THE FAMILY.

La empleada nos brindó un trato DIGNO porque ella es así, una mujer compasiva, integra, pero la empresa como tal, o su responsable real, carece de ética profesional. Despiden a su personal tras padecer Covid, precisamente porque son quienes hacen todo. Mi padre no murió de Covid. Presionaré para que a la chica que dió un trato DIGNO a mi padre RECIBA EL DINERO QUE NO LE PAGARON, NI A SU ESPOSO. Los DESECHARON, tal y como dejaron en el piso del Hospital General a una persona. Ellos cuentan con mi apoyo y el de otr@s periodistas.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio... falta de profesionalismo… prometen incluso mandar el video de que realizan una cremación y nada… el trámite para él acta de defunción llegaron tarde y nos tuvieron ahí todo el día, nos dejan esperando en la entrada de la funeraria más de una hora y no llegan… te hacen llamar mil veces prácticamente rogándoles para que haya algún responsable que dé la cara y nada. Falta coordinación por parte del personal. No acepten sus servicios por su propio bien!!!!
