Start to finish, this meal was exquisite. Service and presentation were both excellent. Beet tiradito was so tasty, and the Korean noodles were sweet and filling. We also tried the arroz con curry de langosta con kafir and it was absolutely luscious. Finish with the lemongrass crème brûlée & you won’t regret saving room! Johnathan was a great server, but the whole team was so good. Thank you for a memorable meal!

This is a must while you're in Tulum!!! (!!!!!) The cocktails are all so unique. It has extremely great aura. Food is absolutely wonderful, get the pad thai! This place is very cultured from the setting to the food. Service was great, and the staff were all sooo great. 10/10 recommend.

Had an amazing experience dining at Funky Geisha! Not only good was great, but also the service. My bf and I went to celebrate my bday and the vibe was the best from any other restaurants in Tulum

Loved the food here! The service was excellent and always very attentive, and our waiter checked in on us constantly. This place has a lounge vibe with a live DJ and ambient lights. Most people around us were smoking hookah but we just came to eat. We really enjoyed the edamame and short rib tacos!! In fact everything we ordered was pretty good, as I’m biased towards Asian flavors. The Funky cocktail is popular for its Instagram-worthy production of table-side nitrogen, but I didn’t care for its taste. I was there for my birthday and they certainly made me feel special with not only sparklers and free cake but had the staff encircle my table with singing and dancing. All in all this is the more chill Asian sister to the wild and rambunctious RosaNegra next door. I’d come here for dinner/pre-gaming before going to Rosa for the party atmosphere.

It’s a nice place with good service. We went there because we were craving Asian food. We ordered spicy edamame, vegetable tempura , shishito peppers, vegetable fried rice and chicken green curry. The tempura was very oily and soggy , the spicy edamame was sweet, shishito dish was as good as it can get. The fried rice was yum though very oily( my request to add less oil wasn’t needed to) and the green curry was the best but hardly had any chicken pieces according to my hubby. My hubby tried hookah and it had issues on and off and was fixed a few times in a matter of 2 hours. They had a drums performance and also a dance which was for about 5 mins in total I would think. We walked in with bo reservation. I didn’t carry an ID card for the payment so the manager after taking the payment also took my name and mobile number. Maybe better to carry ID cards to avoid this inconvenience

We stumbled upon this place totally by accident, but we’re glad we came here. Fantastic food, great waitstaff, and amazing ambience. We were very well taken care of, and the entire staff is super nice. Definitely recommend this place to anyone wanting to just unwind and relax.

This place is truly funky, very fun atmosphere, amazing upbeat music, very cool decoration, and fun cocktails. I didn't appreciate the attempt by the staff to upsell more expensive drinks on the menu. The food was very average. The noodle dish was super greasy.
