No one answers, you wait minutes and they remove you from the system because the receptionist is not available. Terrible answering machine service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesimo servicio al cliente en taquilla terminal sin aire acondicionado 85 grados de calor afuera dela terminal y 100 grados adentro mala administracion en la terminal la tienda que esta adentro te venden las cosaa de mala manera y pagas 3 veces el valor delo que compras
Pesimo customer service at the terminal box without air conditioning 85 degrees heat outside the terminal and 100 degrees in bad administration in the terminal the store that is inside sell them the things badly and you pay 3 times the value of what you buy

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una atencion completamente nefasta, compramos 7 boletos desde hace un mes y cuando tomamos el camion el chofer y la otra persona que recibe a los pasajeros nos acomodaron como quisieron, no respetaron los numeros de nuestros acientos, alegando que "el sistema" vendio doble la corrida, despues de eso un viaje que debia durar no mas de 8 horas tardo 12!!! debido a que el chofer se paraba a cada rato para subir pasaje ilicito, para colmo las pantallitas que son para entretener mientras dura el viaje no funcionaban.
Le dare solo una estrella, unicamente para poder poner el comentario y es la primera y ultima vez que viajo en esta horrorosa linea, si pueden elejir vale la pena pagar un poco mas por un servicio decente, no desperdicien su dinero aqui.
A completely disastrous attention, we bought 7 tickets a month ago and when we took the truck the driver and the other person who receives the passengers they accommodated us as they wanted, they did not respect the numbers of our seats, claiming that "the system" doubled the price. run, after that a trip that should last no more than 8 hours took 12 !!! Due to the fact that the driver stopped every so often to upload illegal passage, to top it off, the little screens that are to entertain while the trip lasts did not work.
I will give you only one star, just to be able to put the comment and it is the first and last time that I traveled in this horrible line, if you can choose it is worth paying a little more for a decent service, do not waste your money here.
