★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recién utilice para ir a Acapulco y la unidad venia de Otra localidad y sin sanitizar a los q subíamos
En el regreso paso por un lugar y subió a una señora y su hijo sin cobrar y sin equipaje y unos señores metieron paquetes en el maletero ¿¿¿¿¿ y a una velocidad q sobrepasaba el limite tal vez para llegar en tiempo a la escala aparte de que pasaron a las cruces en un puesto de cocos dejando subir a una persona a vender siendo que pagas x ir seguro, dejaron la puerta abierta a riesgo de que subiera alguien desconocido.
El camión sucio con cucarachas ni para poder dormir y resulte con una dermatitis terrible por la falta de sanidad.
No volveré a usar Futura para mis viajes
Fue la peor experiencia que he tenido en autobús

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No viajen por esta línea, tiene retrasos, en estas fechas decembrinas los retrasos fueron hasta de 5 hrs, hay sobrecupo, no tienen ninguna medida preventiva ante el COVID, su personal es incompetente y desorganizado. Evítenla, hay muchas opciones más para viajar sin tener tantos problemas y sin exponerte a viajar parado o que pierdan tu equipaje.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Salen retrasados, el autobuses cuenta con terminal para cargar el teléfono pero no sirve. Y al momento de reservar no te dicen que hace escalas.

Compramos boletos viaje redondo y de regreso, CDMX-Tlanchinol no nos quisieron validar los boletos, tuvimos que viajar parados y se supone que era autobús ejecutivo.
Levante mi queja, pero nadie me ayudó ni dió respuesta.
Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, atrasos de más de 2 horas, una desorganización fatal, ni los mismos choferes saben a dónde van, menos el personal, nunca viajen aquí, aparte aumentan sus costos constantemente (más caro que primera plus) en central del norte ciudad de México
