Terrible service, they tell you that at one hour and they make you wait more than 4 hours so that when you want to cancel they tell you if it doesn't happen today tomorrow at 9 it's safe....and they don't reimburse you for the ticket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de lo peor que me a tocado, lleve a un familiar que salía a Tijuana su boleto de salida era 11:00 am eran las 3:00 y no lo ingresaban al autobús, y le dicen que llegaba otro a las 6 PM pero que le costaría $500 más, ellos hacen visne suben a las personas que quiere segun el cupo y son autobuses que se detienen en el 24 horas en la gasolinera de la María, y ahí te tienen hasta que se les antoja darte lugar y eso porque nos dimos cuenta, si nos hubieran dicho desde un principio que era así no compra su boleto mi familiar ahí pésimo, lo único bueno es que nos pusimos al brinco y nos devolvieron el dinero de los pasajes.
