We were so impressed with how seamless the experience was - they even managed to make a reservation for us in a lovely local restaurant last minute. I would highly recommend Unlimited Experiences!

A friend and I signed up for the Izta-Popo hike, and every step of the way we were impressed with the organization and professionalism of the experience. Our guide, Ariel, was exceptional--he was eloquent in explaining the history of the region, a great conversationalist, and was a reassuring presence on the hike up Izta. He was prompt and picked us up exactly as promised, and was an excellent driver even on the bumpy dirt road up the mountain. The hike itself was spectacular--a bit challenging at times but definitely worth the while. Just make sure to bring gloves, beanies etc. as they recommend. We would highly recommend going with this company, and Ariel in specific if you are interested in hiking. Well worth it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We didn't actually take the route tour with them, but caught up with their Merry band of musicians in the Puebla Zócalo, then walked with the tour for about a mile. The tour was organized, offered adult beverages and was SUPER fun. I would choose them if I wanted another tour.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To say upfront, my guide and hike were very good. However, the office has treated me very poorly. I booked and paid (the full amount) for a 1 person hike. The day before, with no consultation, they added a 2nd person. They did not ask me or offer me the lower price. I asked them, and they offered me 10% off. The price difference is actually 40%…when I mentioned this they offered me 30%. And several weeks later I’ve received nothing. Only excuses about their payment system. This has all left a very bad taste. So good hiking, but please be aware of their very poor client service and attitude.

The sights were beautiful and the restaurants were excellent. They took COVID precautions seriously and were always quick in answering my questions. I highly recommend this company!
