★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buena atención en tienda, sin embargo quien se lleva las palmas es el servicio telefónico de Atención a Clientes, la Srita que contesta te orienta amablemente y menciona cuales son tus opciones de devolucion.
Good service in the store, however who takes the cake is the Customer Service telephone service, the lady who answers kindly guides you and mentions what your return options are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésima experiencia. Compré un mueble, me dieron 3 fechas de entrega, estuve esperando y nunca llegó. Decidí cancelar, me notificaron la cancelación y prometieron el reembolso, posteriormente me asignaron nueva fecha de entrega, sabiendo que ya había cancelado una vez, al parecer el vendedor de Oceanía fue quien volvió a asignar fecha, otra vez cancelé y siguen sin hacerme el reembolso.
Ya mejor compré el mueble en IKEA, recibí en una semana y todo súper bien.
Terrible experience. I bought a piece of furniture, they gave me 3 delivery dates, I was waiting and it never arrived. I decided to cancel, they notified me of the cancellation and promised a refund, later they assigned me a new delivery date, knowing that I had already canceled once, apparently the Oceania seller was the one who reassigned the date, I canceled again and they still do not give me a refund .
I better bought the furniture at IKEA, I received it in a week and everything was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención muy buena sobretodo con el joven Omar, muy amable en enseñar los productos a pesar que no estaban en exhibición y te da opciones de compra. La entrega fue antes de lo esperado y al menos por ahora se ve que los productos son de buena calidad.
Very good attention, especially with the young Omar, very kind in showing the products even though they were not on display and he gives you purchase options. The delivery was earlier than expected and at least for now the products seem to be of good quality.
