★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio es malo, antes tenían a una chica que conocía del negocio y la atención era muy buena - razón por la que podrías estar dispuesto a pagar el sobreprecio que tienen si los comparas con otras opciones -. Eso cambió, la persona que ahora atiende tiene que hablar por teléfono (supongo con quien en realidad hace los cuadros) para que te cotice y al hacerlo incurre en errores. Al momento de notificar al cliente de esos errores no siquiera lo hacen vía telefónica, sino por mensaje. La experiencia que me han dado como cliente no ha sido la mejor.
The service is bad, before they had a girl who knew the business and the attention was very good - which is why you could be willing to pay the extra price they have if you compare them with other options -. That changed, the person who now attends has to talk on the phone (I suppose who actually makes the paintings) to get a quote and in doing so they make mistakes. When notifying the client of these errors, they do not even do so by phone, but by message. The experience they have given me as a customer has not been the best.
