★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Son muy imputables , no saben reparar bicicletas son unos fanfarrones , para ajustar los desviadores le muerden con pinzas de presión, te traen a vuelta y vuelta y no tienen horario par abrir , no se arriesguen tienen buenas piezas y curiosidades pero el servicio es pesimo un año para que mi bici me la entregaran despintada

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llevé mis mandos x9 de SRAM de 9v y le dieron un excelente servicio de mantenimiento que se me hizo a buen precio para lo complicado que es conocer el mecanismo.
I took my 9s SRAM x9 controls and they gave them an excellent maintenance service that was done at a good price for how complicated it is to know the mechanism.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Un lugar muy bonito, con muy amplia variedad de piezas y bien surtido, atención buena.
Si llegas a este local prepárate para gastar y también para esperar un buuuennnnn rato tu bicicleta (por lo menos, una semana) y traer suficiente dinero, pues los precios de los mantenimientos básicos están un poco por encima de la competencia, y así mismo su calidad de trabajo.
Todo muy bien, a excepción del tiempo de entrega, demasiado prolongado.
A very nice place, with a wide variety of pieces and well stocked, good service.
If you arrive at this place be prepared to spend and also to wait a buuuennnnn for your bike (at least, a week) and bring enough money, because the prices of basic maintenance are a bit above the competition, and likewise its quality of work.
All very well, except for the delivery time, which is too long.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Después de un servicio general y algunas reparaciones en Gallo Bike´s, mi bicicleta nunca se había sentido ni visto tan bien (ni siquiera cuando estaba nueva).
La atención al cliente es impecable: amabilidad, información clara y asesoramiento.
Respecto al plazo de entrega, en mi caso se prolongó un poco pero me explicaron los motivos (detalles imprevistos) y estuve de acuerdo en esperar. Aunque gasté un poco más de lo planeado, definitivamente ha valido la pena.
After a general service and some repairs at Gallo Bike's, my bike has never felt or looked so good (even when new).
Customer service is impeccable: kindness, clear information and advice.
Regarding the delivery time, in my case it took a little longer but they explained the reasons (unforeseen details) to me and I agreed to wait. Even though I spent a bit more than planned, it was definitely worth it.
