★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente servicio del personal, desafortunadamente no pueden solucionar de forma rápida los problemas en cuanto a devoluciones y cambios pues tienen que llamar a atención a clientes para que los autoricen, en sí el personal cumple su trabajo y hacen su labor de solamente vender.
 Excellent staff service, unfortunately they can not quickly solve problems in terms of returns and exchanges because they have to call customer service to authorize them, the staff itself does their job and do their job of only selling.

El personal no presta atención a la tarjeta que esta activando.
Se realizó la compra de una tarjeta de 6 meses de GamePass Ultimate y al momento de intentar canjearlo solo aparecía 1 mes.
Y lo peor de todo es que tienen la "norma" de no hacer cambios ni devoluciones por códigos o tarjetas de regalo.
Bad service with code purchase!
The staff does not pay attention to the card you are activating.
The purchase of a 6-month GamePass Ultimate card was made and at the time of trying to redeem it, only 1 month appeared.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sinceramente mala experiencia se compró consola Nintendo Switch OLED blanca, y el primer comentario que nos hicieron fue que nose tiene garantía con la tienda, cuando en el ticket de compra dice lo contrario ( el joven de la tienda comento que no estaba actualizada la política en el ticket) cuando tampoco en la página de gamet planet se comenta lo que nos dijo, sino lo contrario.
Honestly bad experience, a white Nintendo Switch OLED console was bought, and the first comment they made to us was that there is no guarantee with the store, when the purchase receipt says otherwise (the young man from the store commented that the policy in the ticket) when the gamet planet page does not comment on what he told us, but rather the opposite.
