★ ★ ★ ★ ★ BY FAR, the worst service I’ve ever experienced
We waited more than an hour and a half for coffee and eggs. The staff didn’t even approach the tables. Practically all customers stormed out, we waited it out (which was a huge mistake because we had to wait for 30 more minutes).
The place was full of dirty dishes and cups. The manager just kept acting normal while his staff was practically on the verge of crying from all the yelling from desperate patrons. He never even once approached a table to apologize or just calm his customers. Very, very bad. No good. I don’t give 1-star reviews but this was just too much.
Honestly just surreal. No words.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I cannot rave enough about how much I absolutely love this restaurant. Possibly my most favorite restaurant in Monterrey! They keep me on my toes when they switch up the menu every season as to not bore the customers. The superfood salad that they have is so fresh, once I eat it, I feel as if I have already lost weight! I recommend going for lunch or dinner since they are always booked for brunches, and anyways, I find that their lunch options are much better than the breakfast ones.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing food, gorgeous ambiance. The food is delicious and it’s a great healthy alternative — even tho they have not-so-healthy options as well. Great for brunch due to their colorful and tasty options, but also offers great lunch and dinner! Its also pet friendly which is an A++++ for me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Creative and varied menu options. Excellent quality and flavour combinations. Beautiful setting, good for families as there is a green area and playground adjacent.
I would have given this place 5 starts except for two things I did not like, 1) the food arrived at different times, some received their plates up to 20 min after, 2) in the outdoor seating someone was smoking around tables with families and kids, they really need to review their smoking policy within the restaurant area.
I will come back I really like the location, decor and really enjoyed the food. I hope by then the above issues are resolved
