 I bought my bike at Garrozo two years ago. Recently my pedal fell off my bike and Gabriel put it back on without charging me. I highly recommend Garrozo and the work of Gabriel and Oscar. They are friendly, knowledgeable, helpful, and fair.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nos vendieron dos bicicletas para mis hijos y después de decirnos que las habían ajustado, estaban todas las ruedas flojas y en general el servicio ha sido muy desagradable, solo les importa sacarte tu dinero, no son profesionales y se están hundiendo dia a dia por engañar a la gente. Es una estafa no compre aqui.
They sold us two bicycles for my children and after telling us that they had adjusted them, all the wheels were loose and in general the service has been very unpleasant, they only care about taking your money, they are not professionals and they are sinking day by day for deceiving to the people. It is a scam do not buy here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought bikes for my kids here and it was a great experience. Years later the bikes Needed a serious tuneup… They fixed it the same day and did not overcharge me one bit. They were very courteous and helpful. They even put the bikes back in the car for me and it was a very pleasant experience. Highly recommend!
