Historia
Iniciamos nuestras actividades en 1939 en Santiago de Querétaro como distribuidora de gas licuado para uso doméstico, comercial, industrial y vehicular. Durante la década de los 40 experimentamos un fuerte crecimiento al aprovechar el descenso de la producción de nuestros competidores norteamericanos. Esto permitió que durante los siguientes años nos posicionáramos en puntos estratégicos de la geografía mexicana con el fin de construir una red de distribución que pudiera dar servicio a las principales ciudades de la Nación.
En la actualidad, empleamos a más de 4000 trabajadores directos y superamos las 1000 unidades de reparto en 35 plantas distribuidoras a lo largo de la República Mexicana.
Esto nos sitúa entre las 4 mayores distribuidoras mexicanas de
gas L.P., dando cobertura a más del 80% del territorio nacional
y planeando estrategias para extender nuestra red a todo el país.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio! Pedí un tanque de 30k, lo trajeron y me duro 2 meses, solo somos 2 personas en la casa y normalmente me dura el año, marque y me dijeron que posiblemente me dejaron uno con menos kilos, como puedo comprobar que me trajeron uno con menos kilos si uno les da la confianza.
 Terrible service! I asked for a 30k tank, they brought it and it lasted for 2 months, there are only 2 people in the house and it usually lasts the year, I checked and they told me that they possibly left me one with less kilos, how can I verify that they brought me one with less kilos if you give them confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio a mis papás les dejaron un tanque que les dura dos meses y ahora solo les duro 15 días. Nos hemos tratado de comunicar para que nos den un rembolso o alguna solución y solo se pasan la bolita y no resuelven nada. Mal servicio al cliente . Mejor pedir a otra compañía de gas. No los recomiendo para nada.
Terrible service to my parents, they left a tank that lasts two months and now it only lasts 15 days. We have tried to communicate so that they can give us a refund or some solution and they just pass the ball and do not solve anything. Bad customer service. Better to ask another gas company. I do not recommend them at all.

M tuvieron dos horas esperando y hasta q no marque 2 veces entonces si m dicen q no m surtirán porq hay pandilleros en la zona no hay pandilleros son las 9 de la mañana pero m pareció una excusa de muy mal gusto 0 recomendado el servicio aparte m lleve un mal rato !!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy descuidados al hacer el servicio, el chico puso mal la escalera y no solo puso en riesgo su vida, sino que también rompieron un árbol y varias macetas y plantas, al aventar la manguera del techo me dañaron la serie de luces del jardín. Todo en menos de 3 minutos, y pusieron menos litros de los que dice el ticket

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardaron 4 horas en traerlo y quién contesta es una persona nefasta. Lo que pedí es lo que cada 2 meses ocupo y la última vez que pedí el servicio me duró menos de 15 días, literal casi no asistimos en la casa vivimos 2 personas y aún así ni 15 días duro. Son unos rateros.
