About Gas Noel | Estación de carburación Francisco Villa
Fue en septiembre de 1944 en la ciudad de León, Guanajuato, que el empresario visionario Don Carlos Gutiérrez Méndez fundó Gas Noel. Actualmente cuenta con más de 75 años de trayectoria.
Fue la primera compañía distribuidora de gas en el centro del país, una pionera y promotora de la distribución de gas en México que se extendió a lo largo del estado de Guanajuato, Los Altos de Jalisco, Aguascalientes y que sigue expandiéndose.
Gas Noel ha generado cientos de empleos y ha llevado calor a miles de hogares. Desde sus comienzos ha tenido como prioridad la calidad en la atención al cliente, lo que le ha permitido mantenerse como líder del sector en la región. Cuenta con las instalaciones más modernas, de mayor cobertura y capacidad en el centro del país.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Asco de servicio... tardaron más de 3 horas para un cilindro que pedí y llega para servicio de estacionario. Que triste ver que tengan gente tan pendeja laburando en esa empresa. Me decepcionaron muchísimo.
Disgusting service ... it took over 3 hours for a cylinder that I ordered and it arrives for stationary service. How sad to see that they have such stupid people working in that company. I was extremely disappointed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Te roban y no dan tickect ya que se lo pedi cuando acabo de llenar el tanque y me dijo que no podia por que tuve que haberle dicho desde que se empezo a llenar el tanque al tiro con estos despachadores ratas
They rob you and do not tick since I asked you when I just filled the tank and you said you could not because I had to tell you since you started filling the tank with these rats dispatchers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Soy cliente de muchos años y la verdad cada vez está a peor el call center es pesimo te tratan con la punta del pie tengo 2 horas que se pidio un cilindro como 6 llamadas y me dicen que no pueden localizar al chofer. Se supone que llevan un control la verdad esta es la ultima vez que les surto entonces para que ofrecen el servicio por telefono es obsoleto PESIMO PESIMO
I am a customer of many years and the truth is getting worse the call center is pity they treat you with the tip of the foot I have 2 hours that a cylinder was requested as 6 calls and they tell me that they cannot locate the driver. They are supposed to keep track of the truth, this is the last time I have given them then so that they offer the service over the phone is obsolete.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Llamé más de 3 veces y todo el tiempo me dijeron que la pipa iba en camino, le comenté a la srita que eran mi otra opción, ya no quería seguir con gas butano, porqué pienso me dan menos litros por mi dinero. En resumen: perdí toooodo el día!! Y nunca llegaron, llamé a Gas Nieto y en menos de media hora llegaron. Gracias por hacerme perder el tiempo. Saludos
I called more than 3 times and all the time they told me that the pipe was on the way, I told the lady that they were my other option, I no longer wanted to continue with butane gas, because I think they give me less liters for my money. In short: I lost the whole day !! And they never arrived, I called Gas Nieto and in less than half an hour they arrived. Thanks for wasting my time. Cheers

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me tuvieron esperando 3 horas y nunca llegó la unidad. Les marqué en varias ocasiones y me decían que ya iba en camino, en la última me dijeron que no tenían registro del pedido

El 17/03/21 pedí gas estacionario, le pedi al empleado $500.00 pesos de gas estacionario, enseguida me dijo que si pedía esa cantidad, $250.00 se quedarían en la linea (son departamentos), por lo que pedí mejor $700.00, el día de ayer 25/04 me quedé sin gas, dejenme les comento que siempre pido $500 y me dura más de 2 meses, obvio es la primera vez que pido en Gas Noel. Supervisen por favor a sus empleados, no se que truco tengan para robar, pero no es posible que hagan eso. Deberían tener un telefono de quejas, tengo mi ticket de compra.

Si pides cualquier cantidad de gas, en tu ticket se reflejan SIEMPRE $2 menos. Es lo que se llevan de comisión los que despachan, $2 no es mucho, pero le hacen eso a todos y ellos sí salen con su ganancia. De por sí estar caro y todavía haciendo esas cosas.
It's a theft.
If you ask for any amount of gas, your ticket will ALWAYS reflect $2 less. It is what those who dispatch take as a commission, $2 is not much, but they do that to everyone and they do get their profit. In itself being expensive and still doing those things.
