★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 16.marzo.2022. Puse gasolina y pagué con la tarjeta. El despachador tomó mi tarjeta, la puso debajo de la terminal, ingresó la cantidad y él la metió la tarjeta. Ese día en la noche me empezaron a llegar cargos que no reconozco. No había usado la tarjeta en una semana. No tengo pruebas de que ahí la clonaron, pero sugiero CAPACITAR a los despachadores para NO TOMAR LAS TARJETAS, sino acercar la terminal al conductor y así no tener estos malos entendidos. Según mi factura dice posición 4, terminal 2. 20:13 del 16 de marzo de 2022
La calidad de la gasolina es excelente, lástima que haya sucedido esto... ojalá el comentario llegue a algún supervisor y tomen en cuenta la sugerencia.
16.March.2022. I put gas and paid with the card. The dispatcher took my card, put it under the terminal, entered the amount and he put the card in it. That day at night I began to receive charges that I do not recognize. He hadn't used the card in a week. I have no proof that it was cloned there, but I suggest TRAINING the dispatchers NOT TO TAKE THE CARDS, but to bring the terminal closer to the driver and thus avoid these misunderstandings. According to my invoice it says position 4, terminal 2. 20:13 on March 16, 2022
The quality of the gasoline is excellent, it's a shame this happened... I hope the comment reaches a supervisor and they take the suggestion into account.
