Son puntuales con las citas pero cambian el personal y no necesariamente te atiende a quien seleccionas, dejan las cejas sin forma xq estan acostumbrados a un mismo estilo de cejas. Nothing to see My wife was fascinated to come here but 3 months ago she left the girl who attended her and since then she was never satisfied. They are punctual with the appointments but they change the staff and they do not necessarily attend to who you select, they leave the eyebrows without form because they are accustomed to the same style of eyebrows.

Aún después de todo el tiempo que ha pasado sigo teniendo rastros de lo rojo, me hice otro diseño para cubrir la Sombra roja que tenia y después de un año y medio se desvaneció pero la sombra roja de lo que me hicieron aquí no se me quita. Siento que fue un error haber venido a este lugar y ahora voy a tener que buscar alguien que remueva este tipo de tatuajes ? I went to get an eyebrow design here more than 4 years ago and the color of my eyebrows was fading to reddish tones, I consulted another expert and they told me that the quality of the pigments they used was not good and that is the reason why which my eyebrow turned red. Even after all the time that has passed I still have traces of the red, I made another design to cover the Red shadow that I had and after a year and a half it faded but the red shadow of what they did to me here does not go away. I feel like it was a mistake to have come to this place and now I'm going to have to find someone to remove these types of tattoos ?

Atencion al cliente al momento de la cita y el lugar es muy buena, de las mejores, PERO la calidad de los productos y/o la practica para el "punteado de pestana" es mala. 10 dias despues del retoque, practicamenta el punteado desaparecio y varias pestanas se me cayeron. Consulte con una experta en la ciudad donde vivo y confirmo la mala practica del punteado. Muy desgastante tratando de que me den una solucion y que hasta el dia de hoy no se comuniquen conmigo despues de haber compartido mi experiencia, fotos y videos que demuestran que las pestanas se me cayeron y el punteado desaparecio. Yo no vivo en Mexico y decidi hacerme los servicios con ustedes por los "resultados" que comparten en sus redes. No hay match del servicio y resultados con lo que inverti. Consult with an expert in the city where I live and confirm the bad practice of dotting. Very exhausting trying to get a solution and that to this day they do not contact me after having shared my experience, photos and videos that show that my eyelashes fell out and the dots disappeared. I don't live in Mexico and I decided to do the services with you because of the "results" that you share on your networks. There is no match of the service and results with what I invested.
