★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sight unseen we moved into an apartment that Gecko was managing and the apartment did not work for us. My partner was having physical reactions to the “moist” nature of the place. We let Gecko know and they went above and beyond to find us another apartment that was held by the same owner. We were able to simply move quickly into the new place without any effort or hassle or money issues. We are truly grateful for the efforts of Gecko and their staff Oliverio. We love the new apartment as well ... definitely a step up.

Very responsive. We had a refrigerator break while on vacation.It was replaced with a new one in 1 hour! Will use them for all our vacation needs in Playa.

I rented an apartment with them for 7 months and they are a serious agency, very helpful, whatever you need in the appartement they will come and fix. The appartements are also very pretty and affordable. I would rent from them again

Thanks to Erika we found an amazing flat in the city center of Playa del Carmen for a very good price.
The contact with Erika was excellent. She responds very fast, speaks English and Spanish very well, and there were no problems whatsoever.
Everything went completely smoothly and the apartment exceeded my expectations! The apartment was beautifully decorated, had all necessary utensils, and perfectly located.
I would highly recommend anyone to search for their next place to stay via the Gecko Caribbean agency.
I'll be coming back to this agency for sure, for my next stay in Mexico!
