★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hubo 3 diagnósticos de los cuales solo nos quedamos en incógnita pues uno de esos diagnósticos era muuuuy delicado y al final salieron con que disculpe estábamos equivocados.
Por consideración di 2 estrellas pero no merece ninguna. Sorry!!
 There were 3 diagnoses of which we only remained incognito because one of those diagnoses was sooo delicate and in the end they came out with an apology that we were wrong.
For consideration I gave 2 stars but it doesn't deserve any. Sorry !!

THE CHIEF NURSES OF THE MORNING SHIFT OF MAY 31, 2018 BEHAVED IN A RUDE WAY TO A YOUNG INSULATED HIM AND SAID THINGS TO HIM YELLING HIM, SHE LETS OTHER PATIENTS HAVE MORE THAN TWO PEOPLE CARING FOR SICK THEM, BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT SAY ANYTHING THERE KNOW OR WHY THEY GIVE HIM FOR THE REFRESHMENT, IT IS NOT WORTH THAT THIS SIMPLE NURSE OF THE FOURTH NURSES IS LIKE THIS, IT IS TO SUPPORT AND HELP WHEN ONE ASKS HER, I HOPE THEY DO SOMETHING WITH THESE KIND OF PEOPLE WHO INSULT AND SCREAM AT PEOPLE BETTER THAN QUIT AND LEAVE IF YOU DO NOT WANT TO WORK.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un hospital sucio la ves que estuve hospitalizada me salí y firmé porque no había aire, tenía que comprar hasta el algodón para una inyección y todo el medicamento, fue una pesadilla estar ahí, y por mala suerte tengo que ir por medicamentos y tengo que dar muchas vueltas y soy una persona con minusvalida. Es horrible espero ya hayan jubilado a la viejita que da la cita que horror de mujer.
It is a dirty hospital, the time I was hospitalized I left and signed because there was no air, I had to buy even cotton for an injection and all the medicine, it was a nightmare to be there, and unluckily I have to go for medicine and I have to spin around and I'm a disabled person. It is horrible I hope they have already retired the old lady who gives the date that horror of a woman.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena atención; sin embargo, hace dos semanas estuve ahí y noté que en las salas de camas tanto de hombres como mujeres no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Los familiares tenían que llevar ventiladores para sus pacientes. No se si en dos semanas ya lo hayan arreglado; sería bueno.
Very good attention; However, two weeks ago I was there and I noticed that in the bed rooms of both men and women the air conditioning did not work. Family members had to bring fans for their patients. I don't know if in two weeks they have already fixed it; it would be good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RECIBIERON A MI PAPÁ CON LA SOLICITUD DE INGRESO GIRADA POR MÉDICO DE LA CLÍNICA Y ME SORPRENDIÓ LA RAPIDEZ DEL INGRESO ATENCIÓN,EXÁMENES Y HOSPITALIZACIÓN. EN EL ÁREA DE HOMBRES EL CLIMA FUNCIONA, LIMPIEZA Y DESINFECCIÓN CONSTANTE ,BUENA ATENCIÓN DE ENFERMERAS,DOCTORES Y PERSONAL DE GUARDIA. 6 AGO 2021
THEY RECEIVED MY DAD WITH THE REQUEST FOR ADMISSION DRAWN BY THE CLINIC DOCTOR AND I WAS SURPRISED AT THE RAPID ADMISSION OF CARE, EXAMS AND HOSPITALIZATION. IN THE MEN'S AREA THE CLIMATE WORKS, CONSTANT CLEANING AND DISINFECTION, GOOD ATTENTION FROM NURSES, DOCTORS AND GUARD STAFF. 6 AUG 2021

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por el excelente servicio y orientación del Director, Subdirector, algunos médicos, algunas enfermeras, todo el personal administrativo y trabajo social. Felicidades porque aún el desempeño de ese grupo pequeño que no demuestra ese compromiso. La atención que me han brindado no lo empeñan o demeritan.
For the excellent service and guidance of the Director, Assistant Director, some doctors, some nurses, all the administrative staff and social work.
