Esta es una empresa fraudulenta, te piden una cuota de depósito y al momento de recoger el coche nunca llegan o te dan largas para que termines evitando el servicio y no te dan reembolso. NO RECOMENDABLE. Eviten molestias y busquen otras opciones. No dudo que los comentarios positivos sean falsos para dar una buena pinta. TRAVELERS ATTENTION !! This is a fraudulent company, they ask you for a deposit fee and when you pick up the car they never arrive or they give you long so that you end up avoiding the service and they do not give you a refund. NOT RECOMMENDABLE. Avoid inconvenience and look for other options. I do not doubt that the positive comments are false to give a good look.

No tuve ningún problema al entregar el carro y me regresaron el depósito que deje sin conflicto. Muchas gracias! Que te den la opcion de dejar la garantia en efectivo es un plus que muchas personas buscamos cuando no queremos cargar con la tarjeta de credito o no tenemos. Ademas que el servicio siempre tienen una respuesta excelente.

No necesité tarjeta de crédito, mi depósito fue en efectivo y al finalizar el servicio, no batalle nada en que me lo regresaran. Muy recomendable. I had a bad feeling about this and mid-way through finishing the renting process I requested to cancel. However, the agent talked about how it's a struggling, Mexican company against big American companies, etc, a good speech to be honest... And I was like, okay. They first tried to say that if I use credit card, they have to charge me a 16% because of taxes, which is absolutely false. I'm Mexican and I know how this works. A 3% for transaction fee would've been credible, but they went for 16% (porcentage of the government tax, also known as the IVA). Then typical insurance arguments etc. Long story short, I kept the price that they first gave me but at the end of the rental they still charged me extra from the deposit.
