Somos un Hotel-Suites Lofts que empezamos a funcionar en 2019, es un lugar unico cerca del Centro Histórico de la ciudad. Nuestro edificio es completamente nuevo y empezamos a operar a principios de 2019. Nos esforzamos para que estancia sea placentera, tranquila. segura y descanses fuera de estrés para que te relajes en nuestro jardín privilegiado. Alrededor tenemos una colonia tranquila con todos los servicios que puedas necesitar así como transporte en la puerta (taxis, camiones, uber etc…) y contando con el parque Tangamanga DOS que se localiza a menos de 5 minutos caminado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aunque la ubicación es buena y el costo está dentro de un precio accesible, las instalaciones dejan mucho que desear (hablando de lo funcional, lo estético está bien). Nos quedamos 1 noche sin agua, desde las 8 pm hasta las 10 am del día siguiente. Todo se escucha, desde que alguien entra al sanitario en su otra habitación, hasta cuando habla por teléfono. Aparte, huele demasiado a cloro a tal grado de que te empieza a calar en la garganta y los ojos.
Lo recomiendo si es para 1 noche y es de paso, para estancias largas hay mucho que mejorar.
Although the location is good and the cost is within an affordable price, the facilities leave a lot to be desired (speaking of the functional, the aesthetic is fine). We ran out of water for 1 night, from 8 pm to 10 am the next day. Everything is heard, from when someone enters the toilet in his other room, to when he talks on the phone. Besides, it smells too much chlorine to such a degree that it begins to soak in your throat and eyes.
I recommend it if it is for 1 night and it is passing through, for long stays there is much to improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Água do chuveiro não esquentava e o quarto é muito quente, não tem ar condicionado, apenas um ventilador pequeno.
Shower water was not hot and the room is very hot, there is no air conditioning, just a small fan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me gustó mucho el lugar. Lo malo es que han tenido problemas con la luz la primer bicita y la segunda se quedaron sin agua.
Espero lo puedan resolver
I really liked the place. The bad thing is that the first bike had problems with electricity and the second bike ran out of water.
I hope they can solve it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Limpia poco espacio camas algo duras sábanas fundas y toallas limpias en buen estado pero algo grises no había agua caliente el día que llegue y tampoco al día siguiente el agua estaba helada así que no me bañé ??
Lo peor de todo es que en el WC no había agua tuve que llenar el cubo de la basura en la regadera para echarle agua al baño
Tiene refrigerador horno de microondas en áreas comunes
Al wifi le doy un 4 iba lento y no cargaba ninguna página
Clean little space beds somewhat hard clean sheets and towels in good condition but somewhat gray there was no hot water the day I arrived and neither the next day the water was cold so I didn't take a bath ??
The worst of all is that there was no water in the toilet, I had to fill the garbage can in the shower to pour water into the bathroom.
Has refrigerator microwave oven in common areas
I give the wifi a 4 it was slow and did not load any page
