★ ★ ★ ★ ★ hoy miercoles 12 de enero fui a su establecimiento y dure 5 minutos parado frente al mostrador ninguno de las 3 personas fue para decir un momento o algo demasiada falta de servicio al cliente hasta que llego una señora y me atendio mas aparte las mesas sucias

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mujer que responde el teléfono siempre esta de malas, tienen 2 números y en uno dice que no existe, deberían de checar eso ya que la tipa esa todavía se enoja y te pide que llames por la otra línea, cuando le dices que no existe dice que tomo pedidos osea hasta de mentiroso te tacha y se hace la sorda durante la llamada, solo le digo que "si no le gusta su trabajo se busque otra cosa, pues uno no tiene la culpa de que tenga que trabajar". Por otro lado no tienen cuidado con la conservación de los ingredientes y al parecer no les importa que esten echados a perder la última vez me toco el queso enlamado y se tardan eternidades en traer el pedido, cerca o lejos más de una hora y todavía se enojan si no tienes cambio, es obligación de la persona que atiende el teléfono preguntar si necesitas cambio, pero claro como siempre esta enojada no hace bien su trabajo. Mala atención al cliente, ingredientes en muy mal estado y servicio muy tardado....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La joven que contesta los teléfonos es una grosera y siempre está igual de malas. El repartidor tarda demasiado en llegar y no trae nunca cambio. La pizza bajo la calidad de los ingredientes y se equivocan seguido de pizza, cuando les dices se enojan y alegan que esos son los ingredientes. Salieron unas bolas de queso que sabían horrible, al mirar y partir la bolita el queso tenia lama azul por dentro, de verdad es una lástima porque no estan mal las pizzas, son sus empleados los que los van a llevar a la ruina, pues les vale dar un mal servicio al teléfono o en el mostrador, el lugar se ve sucio y poco les importa enfermar a la gente, utilizando los ingredientes aunque ven que ya se echaron a perder los niños también comen ojalá lo tomen en cuenta... Si los empleados no funcionan hay que contratar gente limpia, con ganas de trabajar.
