Al principio la clase será pesada pero rápidamente agarras condición y te sorprenden los resultados. Vale 100% la pena ir a clase en este Gimnasio.
The best aerobics class in all of Guadalajara, the teacher Carmen is an expert in the field, if what you want is to really sweat and shape your body, this is the right place.
