★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’m an athlete, and I know very well that there is nothing more unhealthy than training with a face mask on, specially cardio, and i have been told off few times because during training sessions I was uncovering only my nose to be able to exhale Co2, that is so bad, even worse than getting covid tbh!
And a Personal Trainer should know all that!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Meh, its cheap and get's the job done. Wish they had a free weight squat rack as other locations do. Don't go between 7am - 9am as it's extremely busy. No fault of the gym, but patrons don't like to rack their weights when done so there's always random equipment lying around. Other than that, the staff is polite and helpful, and the bike parking is very secure.
