Sólo ingresé para pedir la información sobre los planes de afiliación y el asesor que estaba allí (4:00pm) era como un 'robot" repetía de manera fiel su "diálogo" que muy probablemente le dieron en alguna capacitación, pero sin el más asomo interés por su cliente. Jamás me indico el servicio de lockers, no me indico los horarios de atención del establecimiento, no recibí la información por escrito ya que cuando se vende se sabe que hay clientes visuales u otros auditivos! No pude conocer las instalaciones porque el entrenador estaba muy ocupado, y el asesor solo me dijo desde un poco más del molinete de entrada : ! Estas son nuestras instalaciones, pero ud entendera que en este momento el entrenador no lo puede acompañar en el recorrido!" Jamás indagó cual era mi interés por optar por Smart Fit, es decir es un trato despersonalizado, algo así como: aquí estoy deme su dinero ya! .....eso señores denota falta de control, de quién esté a cargo del área comercial!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casi todo bien excepto por el staff Adolfo, según en el gym no hay discriminación, pero al parecer si, ya que se le pide que porfavor te enseñe usar la maquinaria, ya que puedes contar con ellos y te pone cara de mal gusto como si le quitarlas el tiempo ya que tampoco explica de buena forma y prefiere cotorrear con otros conocidos suyos, cuando le pides ayuda paraciera que te esta haciendo un favor y se supone que para eso tienen los botones para pedir de su ayuda o acercarte a ellos, pésimo servicio con el.
