Muy buen ambiente para ejercitarse!
En la planta baja tiene gym de aparatos (pesas, escaladoras...) .En el segundo piso es el área de Crossfit, hay muchos aditamentos para llevar a cabo tu circuito, me gusta mucho el ambiente que forma el instructor y los compañeros ?
Por último en el 3er piso es el área donde enseñan artes marciales, box, kick boxing y muay thai.
Hay horarios en la mañana y la tarde para las distintas actividades que ofrecen! Tanto para niños, adolescentes y adultos, también hay regaderas.

I have been going to this gym for a little over a year, excellent treatment from the instructors, very good facilities, affordable prices.
Very good environment to exercise!
On the ground floor there is a gym with equipment (weights, stair climbers ...). On the second floor is the Crossfit area, there are many accessories to carry out your circuit, I really like the atmosphere formed by the instructor and the companions ?
Finally on the 3rd floor is the area where they teach martial arts, boxing, kick boxing and muay thai.
There are morning and afternoon schedules for the different activities they offer! Both for children, adolescents and adults, there are also showers.
Highly recommended! ?❤
