No se comunicaron conmigo, tuve que hablar el sábado y me dijeron que no habían encontrado el problema, me dijeron que seguirían revisandola y me hablarían ese mismo día para darme el diagnóstico, de nuevo no lo hicieron y me esperé dos días más y les marqué. Me dijeron que no había quedado y que iban a hablarme para que pasara por ella, no fueron profesionales ya que fui yo quien estuve preguntando el estado de la laptop, cosa que ellos se habían comprometido a hacerlo. Me dieron un contrato que decía que una vez revisada y dado el diagnóstico, si no dejabas el equipo a reparar te cobrarían $50 por revisar, y el equipo se devolvía hasta que se pague. En mi caso no pudieron reparar, ni siquiera darme un diagnóstico correcto. Por lo tanto esa condición no se cumplía. De igual manera yo entendía que la habían revisado y estaba dispuesto a dar los $50, pero al ir por ella me cobraron $100, con la excusa que por revisión de celular era $50 y por laptop $100 cosa que no se menciona en el contrato y tuve que dar para llevarme la laptop. No se comportaron bien ética y profesionalmente, mala atención y no cumplen su propio contrato. ?
Terrible service, I took my laptop to repair on Thursday and they were talking to me to give me a quote and a solution to the failure. They did not contact me, I had to speak on Saturday and they told me that they had not found the problem, they told me that they would continue to review it and they would speak to me that same day to give me the diagnosis, again they did not do it and I waited two more days and dialed them . They told me that there was no meeting and that they were going to talk to me so that I could go through it, they were not professionals since I was the one who was asking the status of the laptop, which they had promised to do. They gave me a contract that said that once it was checked and given the diagnosis, if you didn't leave the equipment to be repaired, they would charge you $ 50 to check, and the equipment would be returned until paid. In my case they could not repair, or even give me a correct diagnosis. Therefore that condition was not met. In the same way, I understood that they had reviewed it and was willing to give the $ 50, but when I went for it they charged me $ 100, with the excuse that for cell phone review it was $ 50 and for laptop $ 100 which is not mentioned in the contract and I had what to give to take the laptop. They did not behave well ethically and professionally, poor care and did not fulfill their own contract. ?
