Horrible experiencia no vuelvo a pedir de ahí.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están accesibles los precios, me gustan los trapeadores de microfibra pero la última vez que fui, pregunté por trapeadores medianos y me vendieron 2 trapeadores grandes asegurándome que son medianos. Noté la diferencia en el precio y creí que había subido el costo, ya que todo ha estado subiendo mucho, pero al momento de utilizarlo, me di cuenta que es más grande que los que anteriormente compré, y para mí mamá que es adulto mayor, le cuesta mucho trabajo exprimirlo y ella no puede usarlo, lo utilizo yo, por eso prefiero comprar lo que sea más práctico y según las necesidades de cada quien, entre más grande es el trapeador, se necesita de más fuerza. Desconozco si quien atiende no está bien capacitada para atender a los clientes o lo hace con la intención de vender.
The prices are affordable, I like microfiber mops but the last time I went, I asked for medium mops and they sold me 2 large mops making sure they are medium. I noticed the difference in the price and I thought that the cost had risen, since everything has been going up a lot, but at the time of using it, I realized that it is larger than the ones I previously bought, and for my mother who is an older adult, It's hard for her to squeeze it out and she can't use it, I use it myself, that's why I prefer to buy what is more practical and according to the needs of each person, the bigger the mop, the more force is needed. I do not know if the person who attends is not well trained to serve customers or does so with the intention of selling.
