★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Agende una cita para el lunes 14 de febrero el cual me dejaron plantado y no me avisaron que no iban a llegar. Tuve que comunicarme yo con ellos y después de 1 hora y media de intentar localizarlos me comentan que tuvieron problemas y que una disculpa. Me reagendaron mi cita para el día 21 y lo mismo. La cita la tenía a las 6:00 y el servicio llegó a las 7:30.
Frustante que no te puedes comunicar con nadie, nadie te atiende, nadie te da respuesta y encima de todo no te ofrecen la opción de reembolsar tu compra.
Pésimo servicio. No lo recomiendo en lo absoluto.
Pongan más atención a sus clientes que son los que pueden hacer crecer al negocio y viceversa
 I made an appointment for Monday, February 14, which left me standing up and did not notify me that they would not arrive. I had to communicate with them and after 1 hour and a half of trying to locate them they tell me that they had problems and that they apologize. They rescheduled my appointment for the 21st and the same thing. The appointment was at 6:00 and the service arrived at 7:30.
Frustrating that you cannot communicate with anyone, no one attends to you, no one gives you an answer and above all they do not offer you the option to refund your purchase.
Terrible service. I don't recommend it at all.
Pay more attention to your customers who are the ones who can make the business grow and vice versa

The massage was OK, but after that, I realized my pandora bracelet with all my travel memory charms was gone and searched everywhere. Only I can think of the massage lady. I have been communicating with the shop, but of course, they are on the side of their employee. In addition, they don’t refund me either. They are so clever keeping me communicating with them until I left ..made me think the blackest might be found, but NOT. Now I cannot do anything about it since I left the city. I believe she wouldn’t do it if I were a regular customer, so be careful if you would have a service coming to your place. I still cannot believe it happened and so upset.
