I made an appointment for an aesthetic evaluation and the specialist in that area did not attend me, it was a dentist who only offered me cleaning for 1200 pesos plus 500 of the evaluation, what evaluation ?! If what I was going to did not answer my questions, I had never paid a dentist for valuation, the cleaning I think was ok but very rough, my teeth were very sensitive. I couldn't go on my second date, I'll go later to see what happens. The franchises are always colder with the patients, I will go again, so while I will leave two stars, since I pay for what I did not go.

Tried to make an appointment because it's close to where I live. On the Internet it says that if you reserve by that means the valuation is free. I called the phone that indicated the confirmation email of the appointment to verify the cost of the consultation and a young lady told me in a not very friendly way, that they did not have even at that time and that they were going to charge me $ 500 for the valuation , that for appointments it is only with her because the page has errors in the system followed by that the call was cut off, (or hung up on me). I suggest that if you are going to make an appointment you speak directly and ignore what the page says.

Good service but they are the most expensive in the area. It is not clear either because some things are charged almost twice as much as in the rest of the market, their budgets for a whitening are almost 7000 pesos.

I am not happy with the results. The only positive was the treatment, they are very friendly and attentive, but the quality of the results is low in relation to the price. The white has diminished within a few weeks and some teeth have chipped. They do not explain procedures clearly and in advance, resulting in misdiagnoses and assumptions that undoubtedly create annoyance and mistrust. With them I made the upper resin veneers and later in another clinic I made the lower veneers, without a doubt the latter were better for almost a third of the cost and time invested.

Previously they treated me but for problems $ I left my treatment, I got in touch with nv and asked for an appointment and a budget, hey there is the misunderstanding since first they gave me one and I said okay (the only difference is the bone per gram) went up more than the total cost of a beginning for the time is fine, (I thought total cost from beginning to end) and I accepted and one night before my appointment after 10pm, with tickets in hand for the transfer (I am from Michoacán) They sent me another budget, an increase of 5000 more I said ok ok (my mother lent them to me it was already late and my bus car left at 3am I had no way of having money at that time) and when I arrived in Mexico at 8:10 AM they send me a nv budget of 14,000 thousand more to pay I was already there, that is, I said it went out of my budget but I'm already here, only that is paid 4 months later, that is, in less than 10 hours I got almost 20 thousand that I had not contemplated, my mistake was to think It was a total budget, the one they gave me in the beginning and his To the girl who attended me in not giving me the total cost since if you go for any service they do not give you in parts, they do not tell you they are 500 of the car wash and then but the soap we use 100 and the flannel with which it was given shine 50 more .... If I understand that there are cases (many) where the budget is divided but they let you know at first to give you the total cost to pay, that is where most of us decide whether we accept it or not, and that is to pay 25,000 I have to pay 44,000 and so much and they never let me know or if that same night where I increased 5,000 thousand more they had sent me the nv budget of 14,168 I would have lost my tickets to meditate if I could or did not pay for it or look for something that would accommodate to my budget, but I was already at the station and I lost my work day and my husband's and everything and I did not have time for anything else.
