No sirve para nada a mi hermano se tardaron 5 meses para pagarle una perdida yo en mi primer queja fue por que me incrementaron mi deducible sin avisarme al doble y en el tayer me lo dicen cuando mi unidad ya había sido reparada, antes de la reparación yo les pregunte en varias ocasiones cuanto te voy a pagar por la reparación y nunca me dijeron en la segunda queja me cobran un deducible en el momento del accidente que es por responsabilidad civil es aparte del deducible por daños materiales claro en su momento no lo traía le pedí a un familiar que me lo llevara pero como no estaba conforme le dije te voy a pagar el deducible pero en el resibo le voy a poner "bajo protesta" por que no estoy conforme y el ajustador dice si le pones eso no te doy el servicio no le doy la orden de reparación al afectado y pues le dije solo voy a exigir mis derechos se subió al carro y abandono el accidente y el oficial de transito se llevó my carro al corralón después metí queja en GNP y no quisieron hacerse cargo lo que probó o el ajustador.

En lo personal tuve una mala experiencia Tienen un despacho de abogados Que te dan asesoría legal Y nunca me solucionaron nada de mi choque se fue a querella y asta fecha de hoy nunca resolvieron nada Uno pierde como cliente No lo recomiendo como aseguradora Revise. Bien antes de contratar esta aseguradora ?

Pésimo servicio en el mes de octubre tuve un incidente mi carro fue perdida total el asesor que me asignaron no contesta las llamadas ni mensajes el día que tuve surte se le entregó la documentación correctamente, y es fecha que aun no me resuelven nada piden y piden documentos que ya se habían entregado. Ya llevo 5 meses con este caso y es fecha que no me solucionan nada. Horrible servicio no lo contraten. no le daría ninguna estrella, solo que debo hacerlo porque si no, no se publica
